It helps Admins to find unused Claims which can be deleted. It shows claims where the Owner is absent a configurable number of days with a green fill and border color. If one of the trusted builders is still playing and not absent X days, the claims show a black border. Additionally the claim popups contain the claim-IDs as well as the coordinates for easy ingame teleportation to the claim for deletion of the buildings and the claim itself. Otherwise it works the same as the original plugin by mikeprimm (link below). We use it for Tekkit Lite (1.4.7 Minecraft) but also runs under Spigot 1.7.10 or craftbukkit 1.7.9.
