Our very first 2012 Fitness Expo was a huge success! With over 150 in attendance the Expo opened with a hot fashion show with KaMit Fashion Models. Guest speakers, Drs. Don & Gayle Blair talked about health and fitness, Dorothy Newton shared her testimony of Silent Tears, Kimberly Smith opened everyones eyes to AdvoCare Supplements, Black Girls Run Awareness featured Monisha Randolph and Ernestine Shepherd worked over the crowd with her grand entrance to "Rocky Theme Song" followed by one leg pushups! This 2012 inspirational event TRANSFORMED lives!!! Ernestine "Ernie" Shepherd, at age 75, is a personal trainer, professional model, competitive bodybuilder and happier and more fulfilled than she's ever been in her life. ...more
