Massachusetts Casino Career Training Institute is a workforce development organization that has partnered with Holyoke Community College, Springfield Technical Community College, and MGM Springfield to run a 10-week gaming course in the heart of downtown Springfield. The Institute focuses on developing professionals in the career paths of gaming, culinary arts, or hotel operations. Prospective students will gain the skills necessary to become dealers for the numerous games offered at MGM Casino, and upon the completion of the 10-week course, students will have the opportunity to interview or audition for employment.
