One of the best basketball plyometrics exercises is the tennis ball rebounding drill. This exercise is so good because of how specific it is to the game of basketball. It emphasizes attacking the basket and catching the ball at the highest point. This plyometrics exercise will not only improve your athleticism, but it will also improve your rebounding ability. To be a good rebounder, you need strength, jumping ability, explosiveness, conditioning, and hand eye coordination. This drill focuses on all those things. Get Started: Perform 6 sets for 30 seconds at a time. 2 sets catching the ball with your right hand only. 2 sets catching the ball with your left hand only. 2 sets catching the ball with both hands.
