Design/Build of First Fully Automated Earthquake Simulation Trailer. for LA County. With routine maintenance, this panel was designed and built to withstand hundreds of Earthquake Simulations while traveling hundreds of miles in between. The PLC is protected with rubber "shock-absorbency" at the din-rail, the bussing is protected with 600 Volt Insulators, a 400 Amp shunt-trip is used to kill the power coming in from the batteries, and the various permissive inputs from throughout the trailer provide safety and security. ...more
