A young 🇰🇷Korean living in an isolated village in 🇱🇦Laos. In my early 20s, I worked for a 🇰🇷Korean company that assigned a job in 🇹🇭Thailand. However, I could not enter 🇹🇭Thailand due to COVID-19 and found myself stuck in 🇱🇦Laos. Eventually, I decided to live in 🇱🇦Laos where you cannot expect advanced civilized life in an isolated rural village. Here in this village, there is no electricity, gas, paved road, clean tap water, grocery store, and so forth. You mostly eat what you raise and live with what you have. After adopting and settling in the village, I discover this place reflects 60s and 70s in Korea. Now I am a friend to everyone in the village. Although they often call me a 'FOOL’...
