Rob is a high-performance leadership coach and co-host of Leadership Launchpad Project, Canada’s #3 Leadership podcast. Previously, Rob spent over 10 years as an engineer. Rob graduated from MIT with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management. He was a 3-time Academic All-American and played on the U18 Canadian National Water Polo team.
