Are you a fan of Mumbai street food? Do you want to know how to make Vada Pav? If so, you're going to love this recipe for Vada Pav – a Mumbai street food classic! Namo Buddhaya friends, The other day, agent Sikander had a craving for this gorgeous snack and unfortunately for him, he couldn't just go out in the streets and fetch one or two vada pav. You know that you truly miss a city when you miss those little things of life like getting your hands on a simple vada pav. What I learned while making this dish is that it is very technical and all credits go out to all those thousands of vada pav wallah feeding hundreds of people in a day and most of the time, it is not in the comfort of a big kitchen that these guys actually cook, prepare and develop their own twist of the dish, each of them has that secret ingredient or the new way of serving it. In other words, that simple vada pav is actually very precious when you are living far far away from Mumbai. I had a lot of fun creating this little video, and I really hope that some of you will send me your response to the video while you're eating a vada pav. But not just for me, it is for all the thousands of others like me who crave one but can't get any, except if they're courageous like me and cook it ahahah.
