The Future of Bangladesh are Women

WaronWant published that there are now 4,825 garment factories in Bangladesh employing over three million people. Fully 85% of these workers are women. Without these women, Bangladesh export economy that is largely made up of the garments industry would cease to exist. Yet, they are not treated with the same level of dignity. Non-profit organizations such as Mannan Foundation Trust facilitate free access to the education of health, hygiene, literacy and income generating skills for women in Rajapur, Bangladesh. We need more organizations throughout Bangladesh that will lift women out of poverty because clearly they are the future of our country. We at RumJum are striving to bring this message to the front and we hope to gain your support along the journey. As best said by Brigham Young, “You educate a man; you educate a man. You educate a woman; you educate a generation.” Join us! Music: https://www.bensound.com
