This short documentary film is about small Tibetan community named as Majnuka Tilla in Delhi. this movie is made since many local are not aware of such existence in this fast city. A small population of Tibetans settled peacefully by carrying their own customs and tradition. Since 1959, many Tibetans came to India for exile and many settled in other places such Dharamsala and south but few settled in Delhi. so this film is about small colony where few thousands of Tibetans who practiced their own traditions despite of hustle bustle of delhi's fast life.
