During the hot summer of 2017 I organised and coordinated a three day event at a local water park. The projected was pitched to the water park that quickly financed the idea. After getting the finantial support, I gathered a team, did marketing to promote the event, built the game phisical components and rules, managed the stock, schedules and lead the event itself.
