I wanted user interaction to be a big part of this project and with inspiration from The Forest (SKOGEN)    • THE FOREST (SKOGEN) - INTERACTIVE SOUND ART  , I decided to make a patch where users can use hand motion + position to create different musical notes. Users are able to see the note letters in a jit.world window and they can move their hand at a certain area for a corresponding note to sound. There is a motion sensitivity threshold, once the hand motion reaches the threshold, the note will be played. The note letter will become blue to indicate its activation. Users are able to see their movement and note letters in a single window, so they are able to adjust their hand position accordingly. Users can also adjust the threshold to make it more or less responsive to the movements.
