Donald Trump just lost in court again, this time in his attempt to punish cities and counties that will not go along with his civil immigration arrests. Federal Judge William Orrick ruled, "The threat to withhold funding causes (the cities and counties) irreparable injury in the form of budgetary uncertainly, deprivation of constitutional rights, and undermining trust between the Cities and Counties and the communities they serve." The worst part is that this same kind of executive order was found to be unconstitutional when Trump issued it during his first term. This shows that Trump KNOWS he is acting unconstitutionally.
