I've seen numerous questions about this and since the documentation only states to purchase the $0 SKU for the upgrade, there are no other steps detailed. Well, just purchasing the L-ISE-VMC-UPG= and having it in your Smart Account isn't all that's needed. Watch this short video to see what you need to do to complete the upgrade process.
