Turn down the noise and tune into your body: Learn to recognize and interpret the subtle clues your body provides. Learn the subtle clues of the body: Understand the signals and messages your body sends. Build trust with your body: Explore the potential of your body's innate ability to heal. Create a sense of safety in your body: Develop a deep connection and sense of security within your physical self. Key Components of the Class: Connection: Identify and replace beliefs that hold you back, keep you sick, and trap you in undesired habits. Embrace beliefs that support healing and flow within your body. Stretch: Engage in gentle stretching to get blood and breath flowing. Use this practice to integrate new, supportive beliefs. Meditate: Set these positive beliefs in your mind. Practice feeling them, noting all sensations, and learn how to carry this practice into your daily life. Dialogue with Your Body: Does your body trust you? Reflect on how your treatment of your body influences its trust. Heal the relationship with your body: Understand the impact of negative self-talk, neglect, and mistreatment. Learn to care for your body as you would a child, plant, or cherished possession. Community Influence: Recognize how those around you, including family, education, and personal experiences, shape your beliefs.
