Portland Police are crediting a multi-agency fentanyl trafficking bust to a huge reduction in overdose calls in the city. The targeted operation busted drug cartel operations in Portland, leading to almost 80 pounds of hard drugs seized, along with more than $200,000 cash and 20 guns.
