I. Old Business: The Board may act on, or merely discuss, the following topics:
1. Proposal to create a Full-Time Program Support Specialist
2. 2020 Health Insurance
3. Furniture and Capital Outlay for Assessor’s Office at 600 Landmeier:
i. Add Two-drawer laterals for each work station (4). If two-drawer laterals are not approved, then a File/File for each of the 4 desks instead of a Box/Box/File.
ii. Add end tables to the waiting area (3).
iii. Add a single arm (articulating) monitor for each work station (5)
iv. Add a keyboard tray for each desk (5)
v. Move metal file cabinets to new building (5)
vi. Paint metal file cabinets from current office (moving to new office) (5)
vii. 50” monitor for Sidwell electronic version (1)
