We hung out with Pro Rally driver Ryan Millen and co-driver Christina Fate at the 2015 Mt. Hood Rally to see if a Toyota RAV4 could run with the big dogs. The Rally RAV4 is largely stock, with a standard engine and drivetrain, with upgraded suspension, tires, a roll cage and racing seats.
