In this webinar hosted by the Pennsylvania Stepping Up Technical Assistance Center, funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, a representative from Pennsylvania’s 988/911 planning subcommittee will provide an overview of 988 and speak about the subcommittee’s efforts related to 988 and 911 coordination in PA. A representative from the Center for Community Resources will discuss how call centers are connecting to emergency services, and a county 911 director will share how they address behavioral health calls and how they work together with the call centers to connect people in crisis to the right resources. …...more
