Pexels
https://www.pexels.com/ – Free stock photos.

http://isorepublic.com/ – Mostly free stock photos and some premium ones too.
MMT

Here are 7 places you can get your images from that you don’t have to pay for. For easy access to all of these options go to http://nichsiteproject.com/resources.
Flickr Creative Commons – Allows you to use images for free if you attribute them. (On this list it’s the only place that requires attribution)
Search for anything you want - select the license to what’s required. “Commercial Use & Mods Allowed” is a good choice to go for.
Download the correct size - Usually medium.
Copy the person's name and select their link.
At the bottom of the page you would have something like
“Image Credit Flickr Creative Commons - Doug Cunnington.” - If you have more images, you would add more hyperlinked names.
Startup Stock Photos - Mainly for office settings. No attribution required you simply click the download button, and that’s it.
Magdeleine - Most of the time you don’t have to attribute at all. Occasionally you do so keep an eye out for that. Usually, you simply click the download button and that’s it.
The reason photographers allow the use of their photos here is because they get a link back to their site.
Pexels – “The best free stock photos in one place”. Again, these images are free for personal or commercial use.
However, there are lots of sponsorships with other sites, so that’s the only downside.
Unsplash – No attribution required you simply click the download button and that’s it. This site is one of my personal favourites and I highly recommend it.
ISO Republic – Mostly free stock photos and some premium ones too. This site has more ads which are placed in areas designed to trick you to click on them. Good pictures but disappointing that they feel the need to deceive their customers.
MMT – No attribution required you simply click the download button and that’s it. Another great site that’s worth taking a look at…...more
