So none of you end up purchasing a fake Pokemon game, I will be listing 9 things to keep in mind when hunting for a real Pokemon GBA cartridge (in no particular order). There are tons of fake GBA games though, so I will only be looking at fake Pokemon games that at least tried to replicate the source material. The games I will be using for this video are Pokemon Emerald and Pokemon Leaf Green, but this will apply to all of them. At least the main series games, I don’t really know about the spinoffs. First, let’s begin with some people you should never buy from when hunting for these games. I didn't go over why you don't want a fake cartridge in the video. In my experiences, a fake Pokemon cartridge will not allow you to trade with others, send Pokémon up to generation 4, and has a tendency to freeze or crash.
