Follow me on Twitter!   / dasbotwitt   In this Source Filmmaker short, I wanted to animate a character to make them feel more believable this time around ... to a certain extent. Whether I actually pulled that off or not is really up for debate in the end. This video would have taken me only a week to make and it was slated to be a release in time for Halloween, but my right arm was stricken with a pretty serious case of tendinitis after I spent way too long on the computer with my right elbow rested on the arm of my chair. As a result, I couldn't spend any more than an hour on the computer before I had to take a lengthy break. That coupled with tending to loved ones, my day job hours increasing for the holidays and the fact that I spend 90% of my SFM time in the graph editor, rather than the motion editor didn't help. Regardless, I never leave a project unfinished, and I hope you enjoy the last SFM short I make for a while as I continue work on what REALLY matters ... the GMod Idiot Box: Episode 11. By the way, the tendinitis cleared up two weeks later, so there's no more worry of that getting in the way. Music from Batman Arkham City, Left 4 Dead 2 and Spec Ops: The Line ...more
