This one's REALLY Funny, you may laugh. STORY: ___________________________________________________________________________ Beginning: Deep down in the depths of Victory Mine Gordon Freeman wants to help a Vortigaunt find some more extract for his kin to hold onto just in case anyone else gets fatal injury's, just then disaster strikes! Gordon falls onto the same flatbed cart he fell in last time (It seems someone set it back up somehow?) and it starts moving with Gordon trapped inside forcing him to ride the rails again. Crashing down at the bottom Gordon is unharmed due to the cart and his H.E.V suit taking most of the impact thus breaking his fall, Gordon swims to the surface to see a ladder which he climbs to the top. As Gordon climbs debri and zombies fall down above him, once he is near the top the Vorigaunt can't help himself and scares Gordon again causing him to fall off the ladder to his death this time. A tear in the vortessence forms and Alyx, Barney and Male 07 saw what just happened to Gordon and teleport straight to Victory Mine to avenge his death. ___________________________________________________________________________ Avenging Gordon's Death: Now at Victory Mine Alyx, Barney and Male 07 have their own cart and wish to run that vort over with it! The Vortigaunt pleads not to be run over but to no avail as they have already put their cart in motion. Before the Vortigaunt can explain the accident and his regret he gets run over (shown from different camera angles) and as expected he dies. __________________________________________________________________________ Vortal Dimension: After dying the Vort meets up with Gordon in the Vortal Dimension and the Vort wishes to apologize to Freeman for scaring him again and he wants them to regain the bond they had, Freeman agrees and the two hug it out, only for them to be teleported back to the mine a few minutes later due to another tear in the vortessence happening. __________________________________________________________________________ Revenge Time: After crashing at the bottom Alyx, Barney and Male 07 swim over to the ladder and climb back up to the top completely unaware of Gordon and the Vortigaunt's return. Now being back at Victory Mine Gordon and the Vortigaunt agree to give Alyx, Barney, and Male 07 a taste of their own medicine by running "them" over with their cart, much to the trio's confusion. Male 07 being knowledgeable about episode 2's story explains that Gordon has done this before and that they should be ok. Alyx and Barney don't understand it and they wonder when has Gordon done this before? Alyx tries to get Barney to come up with an idea on how they can avoid being run over, Barney clearly stressed out and short for time panic's and takes awhile to come up with something. Just then Barney gets an idea, that being maybe if they "get out of the way" they won't be hit by the cart! Male 07 dismisses Barney's idea as inadequate due to it being not creative enough of an plan, Barney says fine and wants them to "run defense" which confuses Alyx. Their "Defense" stat was unfortunately too low causing all three of them to get run over. Forgive and Forget: After being run over they all get transported to the Vortal dimension and decide to group hug and put the misunderstanding behind them. Once that was done the vortigaunt transports them all back home.
