In this video, we demonstrate sales dashboards, reports, and the CRM tool using NetSuite SuiteSuccess for Media Companies. Starting on the preconfigured dashboard, we’ll cover tasks, reports, and key metrics. Then we’ll dive into the KPI portlet to view real-time sales performance, including open opportunities and proposals. We’ll also navigate to the total open opportunities tab in which opportunities are broken out by different stages of the sales cycle, and we’ll conclude by creating a lead and turning it into a proposal.
