Exceptional Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village and Noble Square Apartments. All of our apartments are bright and spacious, have central heat and air, hardwood, polished concrete or terrazzo floors through-out, newer granite and stainless kitchens and bathrooms, dishwashers, and garbage disposals. Our buildings are either new construction or original vintage Victorians that have undergone ​​recent ​total ​renovations​.​ Most have completely re-worked floor plans ​ with modern open layouts, non-Victorian sized bedrooms, abundant closet space, great sound insulation and over 90% of them have in-unit laundry. WE ALLOW WELL-BEHAVED PETS IN ALL OF OUR BUILDINGS, most have additional storage space, and some have parking available too! ABOUT US We are a small family and employee owned vertically integrated business and our team of hard working team members has been with us for years and because of this we work well together and provide a personal touch. We are neither a management company nor a rental agency but instead own and operate all of the buildings on this website. We own 36 buildings with over 300 apartments and 20 retail spaces in Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, East Village, and Noble Square. Rather than even talk about our educations or our experience like most landlords and management companies do on their websites, we think these details are truly meaningless to both our current tenants and our prospective tenants, and instead, we prefer to focus on what we are really good at. We are very responsive to any and all issues and we pride ourselves on our outstanding service and our ability to be flexible and accommodating to our tenants, many of whom who have been with us for years.
