Hello Union, How's your training going? In this video I show you another week of training for the one arm pull up goal. I want to reach two one arm pull ups, and I feel like I am getting stronger from training to training. As I tell you here, I stopped for a week because I needed to rest, but it felt better, the movement, when I came back to try it again! Sometimes stopping is a good thing and helps you progress!
