Is a tool that provides the possibility for visually impaired people to have a much wider access to the same information. Its goal is to help these people learn “Braille” and read any book or digitized text. “Braille Display” consist of a small-size electromechanical device that controls dots which change between a sticking out position and a laying down position so that the user can distinguish the state of the dot.
