Expleo, the technology partner for innovative companies hosted an expert panel at their offices in North Wall Quay in Dublin to discuss gender balance through the theme of 'Great Expectations'. Speakers: Declan Goodman, who has over 15 years of experience in leadership coaching. He gave individual attendees advice on how to showcase their potential in order to move to the next level of their career. Kate Brady, Chief Administrative Officer, IFDS Europe, focused on the value of mentorship and delved into how to recognise, nurture and enhance potential in colleagues and team members. Mairead McIlkenny, Director of Market Operations, Facebook who has over 15 years’ experience leading global teams in the payments and technology sector, examined gender balance on an organisational level. She shared examples on how organisations of any size can improve their gender ratios. The evening was hosted by Berni Moore, a senior business consultant with Expleo and was followed by a fascinating Q&A session which raised a lot of interesting topics around the subject of gender balance.
