ECGC Donates Burger Patty Forming Machine to Nevis Abattoir

On Thursday November 26, 2024, the East Caribbean Group of Companies (ECGC) officially handed over a Patty-O-Mattic Automatic Patty Forming Machine to the Department of Agriculture’s Abattoir Division. Mr. Odion Marc Hillocks, Head of Commercial and Innovations at ECGC, handed over the machine to Abattoir Manager, Mr. Gary Griffin and Director of Agriculture, Mr. Randy Elliott. The new patty forming machine has the ability to produce 2,100 patties per hour and can mold patties into various shapes and thicknesses. We thank ECGC for the contribution to our food security efforts and look forward to an exciting continued partnership.
