I demonstrate how I made a sculpture armature for a clay bust. You need two pipes, one an inch wide, the other a half inch, two floor flanges that fit the pipes, Two squares of melamine coated board, 18 inches wide, about 100 marbles, a bucket lid, a piece of newspaper, a pencil, and some screws. Plus, you'll need an adjustable speed drill, a hole coring drill bit, a metal grinder of some sort, a screwdriver, scissors, a long straight edge or ruler, and safety goggles.
