In June 2019, a group of RS Components employees took to the roads with the goal of cycling 1,100 miles in 12 days to raise £250,000 for Children with Cancer UK. Starting from our RS Local branch in Aberdeen they planned to visit all of our branches as they headed South, eventually finishing at our London HQ in St. Pancras Square. The event, which affectionately became known as 'The Tour de Branch', took over a year to plan and involved a cross-functional team from across the business as well as outside support to help make this amazing event happen.
