What does a typical day look like for you in the Structured Behavior Skills classroom?
"Every day is different with behavior. You never know what you're going to get when you come in. Typically we start out, we have a little planning time with our paras and get the day ready to go, and then we get to greet our students as they come in and get them set up for success throughout the day. We typically start with social skills right off the bat so we can get the kids prepped and know what their expectations are for the day and we go through general education curriculum and support behaviors as needed throughout the day. And supporting kids going into the mainstream classroom. So every day is different, if you like variety, behavior is the way to go.”
