About the Presenters
Rebecca Luebbert

Rebecca came to the UMAA a little over a year ago and initiated last year's webinar Women and Power in the Workplace, which proved to have a great volume of interest. Feedback also demonstrated a high need for the continuation of this topic. With this information in mind, a connection with The Women's Center was inevitable. Rebecca has worked at the University of Minnesota for 5 of her 13 years in higher education and is an avid consumer of trends in the field of career services and job search strategies. Information and support are the keys to leveling the playing field and social mobility. As a first-generation college grad, she has learned first hand the importance of facilitating opportunities for relationship building and hopes that this program will be a source of building hope, inspiration, and community. Rebecca is enjoys spending time with her 2-year-old and spouse.

Jen earned a social studies and speech secondary education degree and a master of counseling and student personnel, both from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
