Airport CCTV footage of Ameristar Jet Charter Flight 9363 runway excursion

On March 8, 2017, Ameristar Jet Charter Flight 9363, MD-83, N786TW carrying 116 people including Michigan's Men Basketball Team, overran the runway in the Willow Run airport during takeoff due to jammed elevator. All people are survived. Today(April 11, 2018), US National Transportation Safety Board released accident dockets(investigation factual documents) of this accident. Accident photos, CVR transcript, FDR data, maintenance documents, CCTV video, etcs are included in the docket. ( https://dms.ntsb.gov/pubdmss/search/h... /NTSB accident number: DCA17FA076) This CCTV video is also contained in the docket. Aircraft is seen between 00:08 and 00:18. However this CCTV footage does not show the scene of overrun.
